Eventually, you see it all come full circle.

If you are revisiting this platform a lot has changed just like the day to day we live in. You can still find access to some of the previous articles on this website I created this platform because of my love for beauty and feeling the need to deliver a message about beauty in a unique way. Writing about beauty was so effortless. I loved to instruct my clients on products as well as how to take care of their skin under makeup.

My name is Pepper B Welcome to my professional beauty website. Sometimes I still can’t believe the number of years I’ve spent in the beauty industry. I’ve always been a city girl with big dreams and an even bigger heart. I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, which plays a huge role in my Hustle and drive. For almost 16 successful years I’ve had the opportunity to be apart of this industry. I was an executive in beauty for a hefty chunk of my twenties. I developed some of my experience through formal training but most importantly through trial and error. With consistency and hard work, I have been granted the access to work in beauty in different aspects. Developing counter teams for leading companies, Product development for the complexion, Working on a set for Television and film, Merchandising and inventory, Fashion week the list goes on. I am used to working in fast pace environments I thrive off of that energy. I think my claim to fame with makeup is sufficiently mastering skin that looks like skin. I love the complexion. When you get in the chair with me, you leave with your energy lifted and prepared to take on whatever you are about to walk into. Many clients have been apart of my life for many years. I say eventually it all comes full circle because eventually you reach a point where your worlds intertwine. That is the exact moment I am falling in love with so much. During my time in the beauty industry, I spent a lot of time on the road traveling. Crystals were used as means to keep myself grounded. As well as supporting my anxiousness during travel. During the pandemic I stopped doing makeup completely due to regulations, etc. I spent over a decade helping people feel beautiful on the outside. It was important for me to be intentional about how I was spending my time. I took a leap of faith in something I am equally as passionate about.

I created Palace one eleven a Crystal and Wellness Company. Aside from doing makeup I am a certified crystal healer and teach crystal education. I genuinely feel every day I am intentionally creating my destiny and I get to toggle back and forth between assisting people in discovering their beauty inside and out. Make-up is the surface layer and what I perform with Palace is the inner work.

I am still navigating through life’s changes these past two years have been one for the books.
