Gaga was giving us a million reasons to go to beauty school.
Sarah Tanno was the artist behind the Lady Gaga's gorgeous makeup. She gave Gaga a black, winged-out smokey eye with a meteorite-like sparkle.
Tanno has also been the hands behind the makeup for
Gaga's Grammy appearances since 2015!
Sarah Tanno was looking out for her fellow man when she posted a photo of Gaga's Grammy look with a caption that gave her 137k Instagram followers all of the deets on how Tanno created Gaga's captivating look and what she used to do so.
"Gaga’s eyes were inspired by a dark starry night. Romantic and striking to compliment the gorgeous #ArmaniPrivé creation."
"I rimmed her eyes heavily with @marcbeauty #Blaquer
Highliner Gel Crayon and blended all over the lid."
"I winged the shape to a sharp point using Magic Marc’er in Blaquer."
"I next blended A soft shimmery peach all the way to the
brow bone using Glambition Eyeconic palette."
"I next added the sparky back from the Edgitorial palette to
blend the transition together."
She then applied "[c]oats of [her] favorite #VelvetNoir mascara"
She finished with "sparsely [applying] loose
silver glitter from Lit [Cosmetics]."
For Gaga's snatched face Tanno used "the newest #marcjacobsbeauty foundation called #Shameless... This foundation is luminous but self setting, so no need to use a ton of powder.
